An attorney-at-law and LLB graduate from the Faculty of Law, University of Colombo, Varuni counts eighteen years of hands-on experience in the advertising industry as the Founder, Co-share Holder and Joint Managing Director of Triad.
The holder of a Diploma in Advertising from L’Ecole-de-Publicitaire, Paris, Varuni spent her formative years in advertising at Phoenix Advertising. She is currently the Head of Creative and overall ‘people person’ at the Agency.

Damon was formerly creative director at TBWA Gavin Reddy. Before this, he was a remarkably average photographer who was always broke. He has worked on numerous brands, such as BMW, Exclusive Books, Heineken, MTN, Standard Bank, Visa, YFM, International Marketing Council, Independent Electoral Commission, Apartheid Museum, Khomanani AIDS campaign and Nissan.
He also headed up the Adidas campaign for the World Cup 2010 in South Africa.
Damon was recognized in the top 10 Executive Creative Directors in the world by Creativity Magazine (USA) in 2011. He is the only Executive Creative Director in South African advertising history to have won a Cannes Grand Prix, a Grand Clio, an ADC Black Cube, and a D & AD Black Pencil.
Other highlights of Damon’s advertising career include judging D and AD Cannes and the Spikes Awards in Asia. He has also won sixteen Cannes Lions, six Gold One Show Pencils and two Grand Clios. Locally, over twenty Loeries, including eight Gold Loeries, and two Grand Prix.
Additionally, Damon has published a variety of short stories as well as articles for various magazines.
Before all of this he went to about fifteen schools around the world (some good and some bad) and is proud that he was only expelled twice.

Before forming Ignition, Tim was president of nationally ranked R&R Partners (creators of the “What happens here, stays here” campaign for Las Vegas) and co-founder of his own firm, Williams & Rockwood, now known as Richter 7. Agencies under Tim’s leadership have earned recognition in top national and international competitions, including The One Show, the Communications Arts Advertising and Design Annuals, the Clio Awards, the Cannes Film Festival, and the National Addy’s.

Marcos Pamplona is the General Director of Lemon School in Curitiba. He’s also worked for such agencies as Master Curitiba (Creative Director), Eugenio Sao Paulo (Vice President / Chief Creative Officer). His many awards include Gold at the London Film Festival, five Professional of the Year of Rede Globo, Grand Prix in the New York Festival, and Bronze Lion at Cannes Advertising Festival.

Oliver Rosenthal joined OgilvyOne in May 2010 as Managing Director. Oliver was a former Managing Director at Saatchi & Saatchi Germany, where he started as Head of Interactive in 2006. Two years later when the interactive unit was fully integrated, Oliver became Managing Director at Saatchi & Saatchi Germany.
Oliver was formerly a Senior Account Manager at argonauten G2 in Berlin. He started his interactive career in the year 2000 with Interone Worldwide (former Kabel New Media) in Hamburg.
